Danielle began her studies in fashion and textiles at Savannah College of Art & Design, but solidified her background in photography through the good fortune of working alongside creative types and intellectuals, who she greatly respects. Her travels both domestic and abroad, have given her worldly insight, the passion to document and create from it.

The photos shown for Contempt are part of a larger body of work, “Love & Other Oddities”. This series examines some of the more lack-luster emotions that tend to come along with the term ‘love’: envy, jealousy, dependence, confusion, and so forth.

Danielle currently pursues her work in Brooklyn, New York.
